Matcl Concrete Light Pole Base: Installation & Maintenance Guide

Installation begins by excavating a hole with dimensions appropriate for the 90×90×100 cm base. Place the base at the designated location. Ensure the surface level is precise before pouring the supporting concrete around the edges. Use the integrated hook lifts (Hook 2) to guide the pole. Secure it using a 24 mm diameter, 700 mm long anchor bolt. Allow the base to cure completely for 48 hours. Only after this period should you connect the cables through the designated openings.

Weather Resistance & Annual Maintenance

Matcl bases are engineered to withstand extreme temperatures in the Kingdom, easily handling heat exceeding 45°C. Sandstorms and high humidity do not compromise durability. The reinforced concrete, featuring waterproof insulation, prevents water ingress. The internal bolt remains corrosion-free. We recommend inspecting the anchor bolts once annually. Clean any sand deposits from the openings immediately to ensure unobstructed current flow.
